Having problems with blade tracking and breakage?
We can fit a loan knife wheel, or several wheels whilst the original customer wheels are being refurbished, thus minimising machine down time.
With a lead time of up to 6 weeks to refurbish a polyurathane knife wheel and up to 3 weeks for a steel rimmed knife wheel, we feel that this will develop into a valuable service to keep customers machines running with vastly reduced machine downtime.
The loan wheels are fully refurbished with re-machined crowns for optimum blade tracking.
These wheels are suitable replacements for both steel and polyurathane crowned knife wheels.
We can also supply new pu covered knife wheels with a fitting service if required.
